Our Founders

Vernon G. is a native of Windsor Hills in Los Angeles, and a Howard University, Engineering graduate. While thriving in his career as a business technology consultant, Vernon not only saw, but first-hand experienced, the absence of quality grooming products for men with his skin type and hair texture when his self-care needed it the most. After officially launching SOSS® in 2020, Vernon continues to direct the company's growth as the sitting Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Jeremiah Regis is a first generation Haitian-American and a native of Queens, New York. Regis graduated from Norfolk State University, where he majored in Public Relations and minored in Marketing. As a student, he joined Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., which is how he and Vernon first met. Prior to formally joining Vernon as the Co-Founder of SOSS®, Jeremiah worked closely with Vernon as an early-stage advisor. Now, Jeremiah architects and executes the company's sales + marketing strategies as the current Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
