WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover) and PayPal.

 

WHAT COURIER PROVIDERS DO YOU USE?

All orders in the U.S. are shipped via USPS or UPS. And remember, shipping on orders over $200 is free.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. Tag us @SOSSD.CO to let us know where we need to expand to!

 

CAN MULTIPLE ORDERS BE COMBINED?

Due to high volume of orders we cannot combine orders. Please be sure to place all desired items in the cart before checking out.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Due to the impacts of Covid-19, standard domestic shipments usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to receive and process your order. And please note, time may also vary due to weather or any unforeseen variables.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

We are happy to exchange any product that we stock for online store credit only. To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions located on our Terms & Conditions page. Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once returned items are received, store credit is issued within 2-3 business days.

 

WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

Each product is accompanied by special care instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully. If you have any questions regarding product care, please contact us at support@sossd.co.

 

I PLACED A SUCCESSFUL ORDER BUT WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET?

If you placed a successful order, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please contact us to make sure your order went through.

 

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER; CAN I CANCEL IT?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order once they are placed.

 

CAN I EDIT/MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any edits.

 

I'VE ADDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

WHAT HAIR TYPES ARE SOSS® GROOMING PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?

Our products are formulated for all hair types, textures and lengths: we select ingredients designed to cleanse, moisturize, and nourish your hair, so we never use parabens, phthalates, petroleum, synthetic dye, sulfates, mineral oil, phenoxyethanol, propylene glycol, EDTA, artificial dyes, triclosan, or PEG in our products. HOWEVER, everyone is different. We suggest trying the products on a small area of the inside of your wrist and watching for any skin reaction for 24 hours before incorporating into regular use. If you have a known allergy, please check the ingredients.

WILL SOSS® GROOMING PRODUCTS MELT/DRY/FREEZE/EXPIRE/ETC.?

SOSS® Grooming products consist of organic and raw ingredients, so they are expected to adapt to external conditions. If the product is exposed to excessive heat or cold, there is a chance the consistency may be altered; however, this does not change the product’s effectiveness. While the products don’t have a formal expiration date, it is recommended that they be used within 6 months after opening.

 

DOES SOSS® GROOMING TEST ON ANIMALS?

Absolutely not. SOSS does not test any of its product suite on animals.

 

WHERE ARE SOSS® GROOMING PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

SOSS is manufactured in the United States according to FDA standards.

 

DO SOSS® GROOMING PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANIMAL INGREDIENTS?

Not at all. All SOSS® Grooming product ingredients are derived from natural and organic resources.

 

ARE SOSS® GROOMING PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE AND SOY-FREE?

Yes. All of our products are gluten-free and soy-free.

 

DO SOSS® GROOMING PRODUCTS CONTAIN FRAGRANCE?

No. Our products do not contain synthetic fragrance. They are naturally scented with 100% organic essential oils.

 

DO SOSS® GROOMING PRODUCTS EXPIRE?

SOSS® Grooming products have a 1 year shelf life. Once the product is open, it will last for 6 months.
