Orders typically ship within 3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact team@sossd.co.

SOSS will not refund, refill, or resend packages that have been lost or stolen. Once an order's tracking information shows that it was "Delivered" to the provided address, please contact the selected mail carrier for any delivery concerns.
